ELIGIBILITY/ADMISSION PROCESS
- Children ages 6 through 14
- Parent/guardian must be working or in school
- An open house to tour the facilities will be granted to all interested
- If interested, families may complete the necessary forms and request an interview.
- An interview date is scheduled with the parent/guardian and child by our Admissions Counselor.
- If accepted, a letter of acceptance will be sent to the parent/guardian.
- Orientation and start date is scheduled
ENROLLMENT FORMS
Parents/guardians are required to complete the necessary forms before their child/ren are allowed at the Center. All information will be kept confidential and is for Center use only:
- Enrollment Application
- Medical and Emergency Information Consent Form
- Immunization Form
- Signed Child Guidance Form
- Authorization to administer medication (as needed)
- Signed Safety Procedure Form
An Application and Health Form must be submitted before any student is allowed to start the program.
TUITION
Payment Methods are as follows:

HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday – Friday - Hours - 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Before school care – 6:00 a.m to 9:00 a.m.
- After school care only – 3:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
- Before and After School Care – 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Hourly Care – Children needing care on a non-routine basis on a space available basis. Parents must call the program each day to determine if space is available. Care is not guaranteed on full days out of school.

Weather closures will run concurrently with the Public School system.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided as requested by the parents.
