SUMMER PROGRAM
Our Creative Arts Program will provide opportunities for one-on-one instruction pertaining to the student's proficiencies. The program will be offered twice per week and will be instructed by a seasoned artist. The children will be taught the basic skills of art and will engage the children in different projects. There will be single as well as group paintings which will be showcased within the Center.
The creative arts program will also offer a pottery class which will take place twice a week and will entail an an array of pottery (i.e., vases, plates, etc.)
BLAST ART EXPLOSION will take place every other Friday which will highlight an artist and his artwork. The explosion hopes to be developed into a social gathering that will showcase the creative artwork of the children.
The health program will teach the children how being healthy plays a part in their growth and intellectual development. It will give them insights on how to prevent and develop ways to stay healthy , how to adopt long-term, healthy eating habits and behaviors. The program will also teach them about the importance of having good hygiene.

BLAST mentor will be a clinical social worker certified to help with the development of children dealing with issues such as homelessness, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and coping skills.
Program Curriculum
One on one sessions with the social worker, as needed, to recognize their challenges and weaknesses and to make the best possible recommendation how to strengthen them to grow to their full potential.
Most often than not, children are not taught the importance of money management. The program will teach the chidren about basic money management which includes how to save, spend cash, credit management, basic financial terms and careers.
The program will enlist financial speakers and speakers from different careers to introduce the children to the different career options.
The Etiquette Program will focus on teaching the children how to respect themselves as well as others. It will teach them how to behave in situations such as telephone manners, table manners and etiquette in school.

BLAST EXPLOSION BALL:
At the end of the program, there will be a cotillion for the upper class children.
Children who are enrolled in the school year program are automatically enrolled into the Summer Program. The children will enjoy outdoor activities, summer sports, trips, bike riding, etc.
