BLAST Youth Center is a before and after-school center. Our mission is to offer an array of enrichment programs for children ages 6 to 14 in low-income communities. A good foundation is the key to success; therefore, our goal is to foster programs for the youth through healthy lifestyles, mental agility, and civic awareness. 

BLAST believes that:

• COMMITMENT helps to build friendships, master social skills, and career development.
• RESPONSIBILITY includes empowering our children by teaching them the importance of being model citizens through education, determination, humility, love and respect.
• SUPPORT nurtures and gives the youth an environment filled with encouragement and positivity while promoting life's accomplishments.
